Each authentic IKOO comes with an unique hologram with a serial number.  Please register the serial number here (within 14 days of purchase) to claim full warranty and support to parts and replacements.  Ownership registration also ensure that if your IKOO is stolen, it can be traced back to you.  Our Life Time Theft Protection Program will notify you immediately if a stolen IKOO has been sent in for repairs or service.

Each authentic IKOO is backed by a fully transferable limited warranty, with 1 year labor and 6 months parts from the date of original purchase.  Any defective parts that are due to improper material or workmanship within the limited warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with new or reconditioned parts), without costs to the owner.  This limited warranty does not cover shipping, loss of use, normal wear and tear, damages or failure resulted from abuse, accidents, collisions and improper usage and/or maintenance of product. 

This limited warranty constitutes the entire liability and shall in no event include any liability for indirect or consequential damages.  This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to usage in commercial or rental applications.
